• The rights you receive do not include ownership of the underlying software, code, design, or intellectual property.
• Some products may have specific restrictions — for example, single-device activation, limited-duration access, or personal-use-only terms. These restrictions are disclosed on each product page.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time. Where a purchased product is discontinued within its licence period, we will make reasonable effort to provide a working alternative or an appropriate resolution.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the payment method you select.
• The prices displayed at the time of order are the prices that apply.
• Where a payment is made in cryptocurrency, the amount of crypto required is locked at the moment the invoice is generated. Market movements during the payment window do not change the amount due.
• Bitcoin payments require 2 network confirmations before an order is considered paid. This typically takes 20–30 minutes but may take longer based on network conditions.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, violates these terms, or cannot be verified. Where payment has already been received, funds will be returned in accordance with our refund process.
• Because products are delivered digitally and instantly, cancellations after delivery are not possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Delivery of purchased products occurs electronically through your account dashboard. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Delivery is instant in most cases and typically begins the moment payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
• In rare cases where manual review is required, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• You are responsible for ensuring your email address and account remain accessible and valid.
• If delivery fails because your email is unreachable or your account is inaccessible due to your own actions, the order is considered delivered in accordance with the transaction log on our side.
• Download links and licence keys are logged for security purposes. Attempting to circumvent download limits, redistribute keys, or automate bulk downloads is a violation of these terms.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layouts, and underlying code — is owned by DarkDev Labs or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from this site without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software sold through this site, except where expressly permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DarkDev Labs, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DarkDev Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute:

• Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction.
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
